My game will not download no matter what.

I decided to buy a vr game today to play with my friends. Everything was fine with all mny purchases going through but then when i tried to go and download the game i was met with the price of the game but instead of being clickable it is now in grey. I tried to download it on the app but it just spins for a moment before giving me the option to install it again. The support system is horrific so i figure this reddit forum is the only place ill get answers in. Please help!!!
