Saving all the lvl 7 chests

I've heard that there's something where I'll have to open like 30 of these level 7 chests. I've been saving them for a long time. I do all the star quests and portal upgrades, but I haven't come across it yet. Does anyone know if there's an order to the quests so I can figure when the task might show up?
