New diagnoses

Hello, Today I went back to my ent to get a hearing test and a follow up. Last year around the same time my hearing was perfect and now my ear is basically deaf and they were very shocked and as well as me. I got perscribed prednisone to hopefully help get back from of the hearing. But I’m not sure what to do or if this is menieres anymore.
