What do I have?

I’ve made a post about this before but jm struggling to figure out my diagnosis. I was diagnosed with menieres about 5 years ago when I was 15. I have tinnitus, and hearing loss but not low frequency, and sometimes fullness but not very often. I also have tmj problems as my jaw clicks all the time and I have pain my jaw area when pressed on or when talking for a while. My vertigo doesn’t last very long, it feels like the room is spinning for about a minute then I just feel like I’m going to fall over when I try to walk but the vertigo doesn’t last for long so that’s why I don’t think I have menieres. I’m not sure what I have so that’s why I’m asking.
