Wheel Bearing?

02 Chevy Silverado 1500, Does this look like a Bearing Issue? Had replaced Rotors and studs, when I had put the wheels back on, both of them had a wobble that they didn’t have before. Result of hitting rotor with hammer to free it? Tightened lugs twice, wobble persists on both sides.
