2011 Toyota Matrix intermittent starting issue

Had a laundry list of problems with the car. Had the starter replaced from a local shop 3ish years ago. Had to change the battery in sep 2023 because of the current issues. Then had it completely stalled on me sep 2024 had to change the alternator that time. Then started with the intermittent starting, had taken out the starter to get it tested, came back bad and had it replace. (Turned out the old starter from the local shop was from a pick-a-part so kinda buns) Put the new starter in and no change.

What I have done... Checked fuses and relays. Starter, alternator and battery test said they were good. Clean terminals and tighten all connections on replace components.
