Good neighborhoods to live around campus?

Planning to look for housing for my second year, would like to ask about which neighborhood are considered good and which ones to avoid. I saw old posts about saying how westdale is pretty decent and Emerson is mostly a party bloc but I’m not sure if it’s still true… Any advice would be appreciated!

Note: I’m not a party person and prefer quiet places
