Is it true that we are over-caffeinated?
So I came upon this tiktok that says that maybe the “Big MATCHA” is making us addicted to matcha by making influencers push for hauls and over 5-6 grams of matcha latte in every drink.
I read that matcha is for special occasion only and is meant to be not more that 2 grams if taken everyday.
What’s your take on this?
