Help a brother out? (Again?)

So I just got my grail figure of 5 years today (I know Scream wow such a sought-after character.) Was posing around for a celebration post, and noticed her left bicep swivel is like super loose. Managed to heat the little lady up a bit and got the swivel separated… was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to make it tight again?
