Help identifying this Hulk figure?

I would love for anyone to be able to help me on identifying this Hulk action figure. My oldest brother bought it for me at a swap meet in Las Vegas while on vacation a couple years back. I remember him buying the figure as is, with no box. My guess it was for no more than $50, since I doubt he’d pay for a figure for that much as is. Thanks in advance
