If avengers doomsday and secret wars is just like infinity war and endgame would you care?

Now this might be a dumb post, but what i mean by this is that they obviously lose in doomsday (which they probably have too and ARE probably going to, so they can set up secret wars) and then in secret wars another superhero, for example (Doctor Strange, Thor, Ant Man) and etc die to save the entire multiverse. Would you care if it’s just like how infinity war and endgame were? Don’t get me wrong both of those movies are great, but i feel like in some ways they are going to be the same.
