Experiences with Runna?
I used Runna when training for my first marathon. I really liked the platform / organization of workouts and think it hits the basics well. Looking back though, I think the intensity it gave me (multiple high intensity speed workouts per week) was too high and where it fell short was evaluating past performances to help me set attainable/realistic goals. A lot of the Runna users commenting on this sub seem to struggle to hit paces, run their easy runs too fast, and get disappointed when they don't reach the goals they set.
Have others used who have thoughts?
