Refinancing my mortgage

Our current lender is 21st mortgage. The interest rate is killing us. We just bought this mobile home last year. Has anyone been successful in refinancing? If so, what percentage did you have to pay in closing cost? What did your credit score look like? Our current interest rate is 10.56% on a 25 yr loan and we owe roughly 185k so our payments are over 2k a month. We are on the Mississippi Gulf coast so if anyone can point us in the right direction or give us a goal to work towards, we wouldn't be so miserable...
