Lips

I wear little to no makeup so maybe I’m not in the right place, but for some reason it’s starting to bother me how it looks like my lips blend into my face. I have always hated the way I look in lip colors because I can’t seem to get a natural looking match, and I also don’t know how to apply lip liner without it looking ridiculous. What type of shade/undertone should I be looking for that goes with my skin tone?
