Bridal Makeup: do I HAVE to use setting powder??

I’ve been doing some trials for my wedding and the last thing I’m really struggling with is the fine lines under my eyes. I’m 34 and my skin errs on the dryer side; the second I set anything with a powder I feel like the lines become so much more obvious and everything looks dry and cakey! Do I have to use a setting powder? Does anyone have any tips or alternative techniques (maybe using setting sprays?) that can help lock under eye concealers in place and prevent fine lines or a crepey look?

Quick Info: - Using the Armani Luminous Silk Concealer (Tarte Creamy Shape Tape used to be my HG, but it’s now too dry for me and they stopped making my shade :( I’ve also tried the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, which was too dry and creased a lot on me.) Is the shade okay? I’ve really struggled to find something that’s the right color and performs well… - Skin prep is Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 6% Mandelic Acid + 2% Lactic Acid Liquid Exfoliant and The Ordinary’s Squalene Oil in the undereye area the night before followed by slugging with Aquaphor. Morning routine is cleanser, face mask for hydration, BIOSSANCE Squalane + Copper Peptide Rapid Plumping Serum, and Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream for moisturizing. - Primer I did half Smashbox (right) and half the new Estée Lauder Double Wear Primer (left) so I welcome comments on if one looks better over the other! - Foundation is Estée Lauder Double Wear. I’ve also tried MUFE HD Skin (regular and hydra glow), NARS Light Reflecting, Haus Labs, Dior Backstage, L’Oréal True Match (regular and skin tint), and the Armani Luminous Silk foundations and felt the DW had the best shade match and performance. - Using Charlotte Tillbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray - Setting powder is Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder
