Should I use foundation?

I think my skin is pretty alright but I do need concealer under my eyes and I like using bronzer and all the make up for eyes and lips. So I was wondering can I keep doing my routine skipping foundation or will my make up look off? When is foundation really needed?

I'm new at make up so any advice is appreciated, thank you :)
