Can anyone explain to me different facial hair styles in terms of makeup

Like for example would a clean shave be a full face of makeup or is that equal to clean girl makeup . Would a goatee and mustache be equal to a natural face (just concealer and eyebrows ) ?? I know this is a weird ass question but I’m so curious
