Comprar piso en Madrid

Hola!

Soy de Mexico y estoy viendo comprar un piso en Madrid ya que voy a tener dos hijos viviendo allá y hace más sentido económico para mi pagar hipoteca que renta.

Es mi primera experiencia con bienes raíces en España; alguna sugerencia, recomendación o algo que deba evitar?

Cualquier consejo es súper agradecido.

Hi! I’m from Mexico and looking to buy a flat in Madrid, since two of my kids will be living there and it makes more financial sense for me to pay a mortgage than to pay rent.

It will be my first time buying real estate in Spain and I would really appreciate any recommendations, tips or information on what to avoid.
