How to punish people who press and show blitz

I had somebody constantly send everyone to the line and brought his safeties down close to the los in the box but they would bail as soon as the ball was snapped. I know Madden isn’t “real” football but I would think that would mean I could beat him deep, but in reality it just meant I couldn’t run and my players still could t get behind his. Does anybody have a secret to beating these guys who load the box or show blitz like that?
