Found this QB/TE

I've seen a few of these big, unsigned FA rookie QBs throughout my franchise. Usually they have big arms though. I changed him to TE based on his ratings and he went from 59 QB to 62 TE. Now what do I do? Lol leave at TE or try to get upgrade points and change him back to QB?
