Do I have tooling for mills/lathes?

I bought a couple of boxes of hand planes and other woodworking tools that also came with some drafting and machinists tools. If anybody can help me identify what the items are, I'd be eternally grateful.

Much of this is unmarked, but a few things have some etched or stamped details:

The matching items in the first pic have "lFullerton VD-2 etched on them.

The similar things (Collets? Mill stops?) in fourth pic have various markings: mm622 #10, AT415-1-1/4, etc

And finally, the long squared piece in the final picture has either a coating or a rough surface milled into it. If I didn't know better, I'd think it's a giant key with the rouch surface there to help keep it in place.
