I cannot download any app from App Store

Hello, I cannot download any app from App Store. I checked the address and remove/put back the bank card. Nothing helps. After clicking on Get button, then green Install button, the small window appears with the name of the needed app and that's all. It can stand forever. On the picture is just one example. How can I install the app?
