Bike shipped with different parts - should I be annoyed?

Heya I posted recently and got good advice and ultimately I decided to buy my wife a kona hei hei cr 2023. It was listed on kona's and the shop's site as coming with shimano slx 4pot breaks, XT RD and otherwise SLX drivetrain.

It has shipped with code R's and a full GX drivetrain.

I don't know SRAM well, but a cursory search suggests to me that GX is about equal to full XT, and probably better than a mix of SLX and XT, and the brakes are a slight downgrade on the SLX. I don't any SRAM specific tools or bleed kits so that's a bit annoying.

Should I be annoyed? Is this just a thing that happens when you buy bikes? This is the most expensive bike we are likely ever going to own so apologies if it seems like I am overreacting or making mountains out of molehills, sorry.
