MSI Sales Support after purchase
Is there a number to contact sales department? I see the email as [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and emailed them 3 times over the past 2 weeks because and my handheld has been what I considered lost I contacted FedEx multiple times first it was a weather issue then after a week and an email saying the closed my case on FedEx saying it was weather related. I called and spoke with them that the case could not be resolved until the package was deemed lost or it was delivered. So the case was reopened. The next day it was out for delivery and when the truck arrived I went out to greet the driver and the package was NOT on the truck. Now the package has been out for delivery since 01/25. FedEx still has no clue where its at and is no help. I even called RMA dept at MSI to see if I can get anywhere but that was unsuccessful. I know packages get lost but I never seen a company as big as MSI that doesn't have a number to call but if you are only going to do email only get back to your customers in 24hrs or even 48hrs at worst. Can anyone help shoot me in the right direction. I guess if I don't make any progress with this I guess I will just dispute charge on my credit card.
