Anyone still use this?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone still uses this if not the around the same model to this day? I bought it about 3 years ago and still running strong, however I’ve been wondering it’s possible to redo the thermal paste or if it’s even recommended to do right now? Also wondering if anyone has done any GPU and SSD mods to this as well. Open to suggestions and advice.
