Sex worker who doesn't quit

After reading a fair amount of books with sex workers, I'm looking for a book where an Mc is a sex worker (preferably full service, or at least more service than stripping) who doesn't quit when they get into a relationship. I feel like most of these books the sex worker mc decides to stop doing sex work or shift into a much lesser positioning their sex work as soon as they get into a relationship ship. Hopefully y'all can point me to something different.
