Guide to minimize comedown and tolerance build up

I used to have heavy comedowns and tolerance build up, I did a lot of research and came up with a formula that works extremely well. Played a show last night 16 hrs after rolling, I felt great, stayed in time and did little to no mistakes. Here's my formula:

24 hr water fast prior to rolling (trigger autophagy to clear dead cells in the brain)

6 hrs prior: Take a 1 hr nap

3 hrs prior: Water with magnesium tablet

2 hrs prior: salt water (200mg in a glass of warm water) it will taste good since your body notices it needs it after the fast.

1 hr prior: Green tea with ginger and orange (Antioxidants and nausea reduction)

1 hr into the roll: Another magnesium tablet

2 hrs into the roll: Eat fruit (Grapes are perfect) and chocolate (Vasodilation -> aphrodisiac effect + reduce stress on your cardiovascular system + lots of antioxidants) and take supplements like l-tryptohane and NAC.

Next morning: More fruit (pomegranate is perfect) and pumpkin seeds (even more antioxidants)

Since I do that, I don't have any comedown and tolerance seems to be way less of an issue.
