Hey guys, need your help with exam rescheduling!

I'm booked for May for the MCCQE1. I'm thinking September might be a better date to give it. However, the problem is at the moment I have the choice to cancel it ($735) or reschedule it ($50). I can't reschedule it for September if the date for booking isn't even open yet. And I have no way of knowing if it will open 30 days before my May exam date so that I can just reschedule it to September without having to pay 700 dollars. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there a way out of this? Thank you
