Bimtech vs jims rohini

So i took admission in jims rohini (but can get refund) and i got call from bimtech. I'm confused which one to go for?!

Some consideration:- Bimtech has mandatory hostel policies, and restrictions on visiting home every week. Also very long schedules of classes (as communicated in interview). The difference of fees is 5-6L (bimtech is costlier) whereas average package difference is 60k (bimtech got more). The batch size in bimtech is increased this year, which can jeapardize the placement opportunities.

Please help me select one asap.
