I cannot count how many times someone has gotten a service star for something I’ve done multiple times and never gotten one for.

There’s people getting a service star every week and others getting them once a year, despite them being the same level of work quality.

You get a 10 on a survey? Service star.

Customer goes to a manager to compliment you? Service star.

Manager notices you helping in a department that’s not yours? Service star.
