Headphones

I work overnights so the store is empty except like 5 people. We’ve never had an accident on overnights and suddenly there’s no headphones allowed? The music on the radio sucks and there’s literally no one to talk to. Safety team is claiming it’s a class A violation. But when I ask of what they just repeat that it’s a class A violation.
