Do you NOT have the weather effects inside bug?

Hi, everyone!

I have held off on updating to 1.112 because I use mods, and after seeing the "patch" for today was just a sdx drop, I think I want to update my game. However, the raining/snowing inside bug is kind of a deal breaker for me, and I've seen plenty of people complaining about it.

I'd like to ask, does anyone not have this bug? I wanted to know if it's a more general "everyone has it" bug or a "some people have it, but not all" bug.
