Please help identifing this bulb

I’ve been searching the internet for days and I can’t figure out where to buy replacements for these things. These track lights pre-date me in this house so I have no information on them and there are no markings anywhere except for a “3Q 07” inside the light fixture itself. Anyone know what these bulbs are called? Please help!!
