7i Gen 9 RGB errors

Hello, I hope everyone is well. I just got a legion 7i gen 9 and the backspace key lacks RGB on the left side and the keys don’t match what legion vantage says. Both of these issues are shown in the images above. From what I was able to find, I have to reinstall keyboard drivers and if the backspace key still doesn’t work, I’ll have to switch the keyboard out. Has anyone had the same or similar issues? Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
