Just got my first legion pro 5i with i9 14thgen rtx4070

Pretty happy with the build , people said need to be undervolt because of intel 14th gen. And i saw some post that people advice to delete legion vantage and use throttle stop instead. Which one i should really use mate??? Please give me advice . Thankyou
