Lenses for photographing mountains

Hey everyone!

I’m planning to buy either a Leica M10-R or M11 for landscape photography, specifically mountain scenes, both near and far. Any recommendations for lenses? I’m considering a Voigtlander 35mm f/1.5 to start—what are your thoughts?

Bonus question: what’s a good way to carry this setup while skiing? Thanks!

Update: After reading through all your comments, I’ve decided to go with both a wide lens (28mm f/1.5 Voigtlander Nokton) and a narrow lens (90mm f/2.8 Voigtlander Apo-Skopar). I’ll look into which mid-length lens to get for everyday photos later on. Thanks, everyone!!
