This 4090M bad boy arrived finally
24th Feb Update:
Been a hectic weekend also, quickly set it up and only managed 30 minutes play time with it connected.
Tried FFVI raising FPS and some details. I used to have to try and play it 30FPS max while it periodically crashed (using the native display on the LeGo) whenever a scene with lots of things to render. It played at 60FPS (With an external monitor connected, the Samsung M7) mostly with periodic hiccups which then smooths out instead of crashing the game.
Fan noise is quite high, the quick and dirty setup of using my monitor sound had to change into connecting my Sonos to it to drown the fan noise. But the unit didn't run too hot, at least when I touched it, didn't manage to look into temps stats though had to rush out.
All in all, it's was so far a huge upgrade to the experience.
Also sadly, no time to play with it till the weekend. Will try and add some test results and initial review once I've had a chance to play with it over the weekend with my LeGo. But now, I just couldn't wait but to flex a bit first, please don't mind me.
Adding a little more context, as I saw this reviewer posting benchmarks. It's not my own test, like I said I don't have time for it this working week, so I purposely left all the signs of it being a screen cap for you guys as reference as well.
