Really impressed with the Onexgpu and Go combo. My mini review of the Onexgpu vs the G1.
I have been using the G1 since early November, got my onexgpu today. I planned on testing both and selling the one I liked least. Testing the onexgpu, Timespy is 9,955 graphics at 1440p. Highest I could get on the G1 was 9381. Both external. So a significant bump performance wise. Cooling is also much better. At 120w the G1 would hover at 80 degrees, at 120w the onexgpu highest temp I saw was 72 degrees. At 100w it stays roughly 68 degrees or lower. Onexgpu charges the go with no issues. G1 you have to jump through hoops to accomplish this one time. Build quality is excellent on both. My timespy score is roughly the same on internal screen, maybe 100 points higher on the onexgpu. One huge negative is the size of the onexgpu. Onexgpu with the power brick is roughly 1.5x of the g1 if not slightly bigger. If mobility is important and your playing internal the g1 is great, the onexgpu performs much better and has much better temps but is an absolute unit! Love both, but will probably keep the onexgpu longer since performance is king to me, for the $599 price (no tax on indiegogo for me) I can't recommend it enough. My small mini review of the G1 and Onexgpu from now owning both and using them with the Go. The g1 has been great the last few months but think the onexgpu is for me going forward. So impressed I might grab an x1 from onexplayer over the claw I originally was going to get.
