Scammed out of Rs 185000 by amazon and third party seller, no refunds in sight. What can I do?
I ordered a graphics card from Amazon India, it had 7 days return policy. I have been a customer of Amazon since 2014 and this kind of problem had never occurred before so I normally opened the box. It was sealed shut. Inside the box, were detergent powder, not even another graphics card, just two bags of Patanjali detergent powder.
After letting amazon know about this, they asked me to wait for 4 days which I did and today they said they won't be refunding my money.
What can I do in this situation? So far I have done this:
I have filed on INGRAM online against amazon.
I have posted on twitter but they stopped replying to me, the last reply was just to wait.
I have filed a chargeback with the HDFC diners club credit card which the bank said they will reply within 2 days but they haven't even after a reminder email.
I have been a customer since 2014 and have in total spent more or less 15 lakhs on the website and this is how I am treated.
