They burned my butt crack...

As the title says, last Saturday I went for my 7th session; when the session almost ended, I told them that the area near my tailbone was still quite hairy. So what did they actually do? Instead of shooting the laser on the tailbone area, they shot it one/two digits under from the butthole, so on that sensitive/more squishy area of the skin. It was so painful I jumped.

I'm of East Asian descent so while generally our skin is pale, the crotch area (including the butt crack skin) can be quite dark. So now in the middle of my #3b2621 butt crack skin, there's a #db4d6e pink square/circle the size of an adult thumbnail.

I told them, and they told me to use the cream they always give me post-session; I think it's a cream that helps when your skin is irritated. I've been generously using the cream for the last 3 days (I just realized my butthole was burned 3 days after the session).

It's been 6 days and it's still quite pink. Is there any method that I can use to get my skin color back to normal or at least reduce the contrast?
