A lot of y’all need to hear this.

We all know this album is getting a negative reception from some little monsters. I’m not upset. I don’t think it’s completely ridiculous for them to feel that way. This album was hyped up to be way more dark than it ended up being. People are allowed to feel disappointed.

What I’m upset about is how shockingly immature a lot of y’all have been. The amount of posts I’ve been seeing being upvoted for calling people “fake fans”, “ungrateful”, and “tasteless” is gross. I was under the belief that this fandom, especially on Reddit and not Twitter, would respond to this with dignity. Yet here y’all are acting like a bunch of foolish 13 year old fangirls. It is ridiculous.

I would expect that the fans of a woman whose whole thing is spreading kindness against negativity would at least try to reach a space of understanding if something like this happened, but clearly not. All I’m seeing is outcasting. Lost a lot of respect for y’all these past couple days.
