Analyzing weak spots after having studied for 6+ months

The situation: I've been studying for the LSAT part time since June and am registered for the February test. I work a full-time job that is completely in person, which means that I need to be strategic about how I'm using my limited time/energy.

At this point, I've gone through a fair amount of LSAT resources: both LSAT Trainer and Loophole (cover to cover and read over the course of a month+), timed PTs, etc. I recently subscribed to 7Sage simply for the analytics and drilling portion, and have been pausing on timed PTs and full-test blind review in favor of drilling and reviewing missed answers on drills. Starting to plateau in the mid-160s and sometimes even dipping down to 158 on recent PTs. I'm able to do 1 quality hour of studying each weekday and up to 3-4 hours each weekend day.

My question: for those who have been studying for significant period of time (more than 4-5 months), how do you "diagnose" or identify your weak spots? How did you improve and make that tricky jump from 160s to 170s?
