Are these real HBWR? They began leaking brown sticky liquid.

just bought these from my dealer, I don't think he knew what they were so I got a really good deal on them. He seemed surprised I wanted them. A few of them started leaking a brown sticky liquid which worries me. Are they real HBWR?
