Mineral deficiency as the reason behind GERD and LPR?!
Yesterday I had very low blood pressure and I was dehydrated. Because of that I went to pharmacy and I have bought some electrolytes containing natrium chloride, magnesium carbonate, potassium chloride and dextrose monohydrate (glucose). My symptoms decreased significantly since that moment! Usually I need to take lemon and salt before meal so it doesn't go up and everything (it's obvious that I lack stomach acid), yesterday I didn't because I forgot to be honest and I was pretty fine! Today I am waking up, no acidic taste in my mouth, no bad breath..
I am thinking about supplementing with full mineral complex for sure! I am pretty sure that this minerals have a bih role in stomach acid production. Does someone has similar experience?
