Journey to Financial Freedom with YieldMax: December 2024 Update
Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope you’re all having a wonderful holiday season. It’s that time again to share the progress in my journey to financial freedom.
TL;DR:
I took a personal bank loan to invest in YieldMax ETFs. These investments not only cover my loan payments but also leave me with excess dividends to reinvest, typically in other stocks for added diversification. Since I’m based outside the US, taxes are automatically deducted by my local broker when dividends are received.
This month, I’m happy to report continued progress! My portfolio is still profitable, and I received significant extra dividends that will help me accelerate my investment growth even further.
Recently, I’ve started reinvesting into this portfolio, but the details provided here are for both the original stock amounts purchased with the loan and any additional stocks purchased through reinvestments.
