How else can I help guests?

Had a guest in earlier (wasn’t at my register) but overheard them get nicely explained how to rewards app works, how to activate their rewards card, how they can find coupons and what not. As they are walking out I hear them yell “this is why I hate this kwik trip.” Sir what did we do wrong? I know it’s Friday but why? We’re just trying to help you. Yes we get that everything is online nowadays but please don’t be upset with our store. We don’t control the system, we’re just there to help you. Is there anything else we can do to help them that I’m not aware of?!
