How to find extracurriculars/activites in kuwait?

I’ve always seen students from around the world taking up summer jobs, extracurriculars, community service (not sure what its called) to help their chances for entering university.

I’m turning 15 this year, going to grade 11 and I’m quite worried to apply for university with no skills or no extra activities, my grades are really good, but i cant seem to find anything extra to do to boost my application. My school doesnt give clubs, or “president/valedictorian”, we just give our exams and leave 😭 Oh and I’m not sure if this makes a difference but I’m planning to study in Malaysia.

Does anyone know any place or anywhere online even for these type of things? I’d really appreciate the help!
