What’s FRVR estimate response time for support tickets?

I already went through the process of sending a ticket to FRVR, giving them the information they require for my situation and I’ve just been waiting. I sent this ticket monday, sometime between 1-3 PM.

Any insights? Or possible FRVR admins or someone of authority or even members that can give me some insight? I’m quite tempted to make a brand new ticket, but I’m also sure I’d reach right back to square one.
