BMO STADIUM FLOOR TICKETS QUESTION

I have the floor tickets for the concert on october 5th and while i was reading the bmo stadium post on insta about the concert and all the information and it said i must enter through the green lot to retrieve a wristband?? Ive never been to a concert and never to the bmo stadium so im not really sure what the green lot is and it also said all floor tickets must use south entrance so im really confused😭 If anyone can help me and explain what the green lot and south entrance is id appreciate it
