Give me your best multigrain rice recipes
I've been obsessed with japgokbap as of late and have been freezing portions for easy meal preps. Because I eat this almost everyday, some of the grains make me worry that it may not be healthy to have daily. Can someone tell me if it's okay to use long grain rice like jasmine or even basmati rice? I've been thinking of not including glutinous rice because I'm pre-diabetic but I'm afraid it won't be authentic :(
